Discipline is important in any job.<\/p>\n

Discipline is “controlled behavior resulting from training, study, and practice”<\/p>\n

In my experience, discipline is the most frequently missing ingredient in the field of web operations.<\/p>\n

I believe this to be caused by a lack of focus, laziness, that it is a job instead of an art.<\/p>\n

As in any trade:<\/p>\n

To be truly excellent, one must treat it as a craft
\nOne must become a craftsman
\nThrough experience learn discipline
\nAnd through practice achieve excellence<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
