		<description>I honestly don't understand how that kind of decision *encourages* employees to buy Ford products. I would be pretty ticked if my manager told me I must go spend $20K on a new car or walk from/to some remote parking lot every day. It might be different if Ford offered to purchase my current vehicle and replace it with a Ford. But they don't have the money for that given the fact that they are looking at laying off 30,000 employees.

If a worker shows up each morning, puts in an honest day of work with a high degree of quality and leaves happy why mess with that? Why make your workers curse the ground you walk on and still have to show up for work everyday because they need to support their families? Stupid really. To bad for Henry, Ford is going down.</description>
