“Boxes and Arrows is firmly devoted to the practice, innovation, and discussion of graphic design, interaction design and information architecture, large and small. Since 2001, it’s been a peer-written journal promoting contributors who want to provoke thinking, push limits, and teach a few things along the way.”

Do your would-be-readers a favor, Boxes and Arrows: Figure out contrast and apply it to your CSS.

I know this is controversial, but I really wish people would stop using fluid designs like that site’s. Everyone always says they are better and the user can just adjust. Uh, you know how many people have no clue how to adjust the viewport?
A completely fluid design is great when there are three columns, but I think there should be a law against their use in two column design. JK JK.
Correction — I don’t mean always fixed design, just that they need to pay attention to things like line length! So, ideally it should be fluid-fixed design.
